My story started in the engine room of global energy.
For over 20 years, I supported senior leaders across massive LNG and carbon capture projects at Chevron. This experience taught me a universal truth: even the most sophisticated systems reach their full potential only when the people driving them are clear, focused, and supported.
This realisation led me to bridge my engineering logic with deep human empathy. Today, as an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC), I help capable people navigate high-stakes change and build the steady, brain-based confidence needed to thrive.
